Monkey Pop: The Experiment

Monkey Pop is a local 2-player game you play on a shared keyboard. You can play it right in the browser, or download a Mac or Windows version. Computer only, no mobile version, sorry. It's sort of a retro single-screen platformer in the vein of Joust or the original Mario Bros, except with monkeys and saws and brain control helmets. [more inside]

Dragondot 2 - sidescrolling circular dragony action!

I've recently completed my first Unity game, and I'm pretty proud of it. Much like the original, Dragondot 2 features a heroic circular dragon defending her territory from encroaching monsters, collecting gold to level up and gain new powers, and protecting/tolerating/eating her loyal kobold followers. The game features a diverse cast of foes, including four distinctive and challenging boss fights which will test your mastery of all your draconic combat abilities. There's a free demo built right into the website, and if you try it and want more the full game is only $3. [more inside]

MetaFilter, Meet MetaClip...

MetaClip is an open source clipboard management utility that can store the contents of the Windows clipboard permanently in a portable file format that can later be restored, backed up or moved to other Windows based desktop machines. MetaClip stores and categorizes clipboard contents in a file-system based library. A technologically superior, open source version of this previous project, MetaClip stores clipboard contents in a custom .clpx extension file format, and allows users to categorize and store clipboard contents for easy retrieval and reuse. The current pre-alpha release actually seems pretty stable from my own informal user testing, and is already proving to be fairly useful in my own day-to-day work routine. [more inside]

Slider: An addictive new puzzle game for Android (and soon iOS)

This is a project I started a few months ago via Kickstarter, and the fruits of my labors are now available. It's an abstract puzzle game where you slide blocks around by tilting your device (touch-controlled sliding is also available if you're tilt-wary). [more inside]
