War in Heaven
This is an ongoing project, documenting what has been termed the “War in Heaven”, mentioned in the Bible and other texts, like “Paradise Lost”. Links to 2 books I’ve written about the War as well as other of my sites on the subject. It’s not for everyone—it’s really out there, to tell you the truth. But welcome to my life.
Philip Random's All Vinyl Countdown + Apocalypse
Philip Random’s All Vinyl Countdown and Apocalypse (aka the 1,111 Greatest Records You Probably Haven’t Already Heard) is the rather extensive playlist (with links) of a series of Randophonic radio programs which were broadcast from 2011 through 2013 c/o CITR.FM.101.9. As the name suggests, it's a countdown of a lot of great, odd, generally not well known pop-rock-psyche-funk-dance-country-western-world-noise-whatever music (1965-2001). [more inside]

War in Heaven
This is an ongoing project, in blog form. It involves my experiences with the War in Heaven as described in the Book of Revelation. I've written two books about it. You don't have to believe in any of it to find it an interesting read, I don't think. Rationally, I feel someimes like a UFO abductee when I talk about what happened to me. And I'm not going to say, "I know what I saw," but rather, "What the heck do you think it was?!" Really, it goes beyond crazy. See for yourself. [more inside]

Randophonic - a radio show's blog
Randophonic is a blog for a music-based radio show that airs weekly (most weeks anyway) c/o CiTR.FM.101.9, Vancouver, Canada (University of British Columbia). Podcast links are easily accessible via the site. Since November-2011, Randophonic's main focus has been the All Vinyl Countdown + Apocalypse (the 1,111 Greatest Records You Probably Haven't Heard), as selected by Philip Random over ten years ago (and then he disappeared). Lately, the countdown just passed its midway point. Also, as I've just passed my 4th Anniversary as a numbered MeFite, the timing feels right to finally share this project. [more inside]

Old Music Video Projects
I was going to wait to post this kind of stuff until I had a complete project done, but I stopped making these when youTube started with the copyright algorithms a couple of years ago and haven't had the heart to continue.
These are the beginnings of two aborted projects at least two years old.
The first one took songs from a local (Bloomington, IN band) The Post's 2003 album and matched it to Apocalypse Now:
01 - Absent
02 - Even the Lighthouse Burns
The second was the Editor's 2007 album matched to different movies:
02 - Wish (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind)
04 - Escape (2001)
Anyway.. critiques welcome.
