Tumblr blog for my workplace
I work at a public garden as a gardener. I have recently started up a tumblr blog for the garden in addition to my own personal tumblr blog which I've introduced in a previous Metafilter Projects post.

I will hopefully be publishing posts once or twice a day year round, although that may become more difficult during the winter. This is my first experience doing this on an official basis and I'd be happy to get some feedback on the tone, content, or anything else you can think of.
Role: photographer, writer, one of two gardeners

Nice variety in the photos, also like how they reflect the seasons (autumn for now of course :) ). It's great that you say which trees the leaves come from. Good to see a bit of dead stuff too (removing the annuals), too often gardening sites go for the pristine, perfectly pruned look.

We have native Lady's Slipper-like orchids here (southern France) as well, the area I work is one of the few where they can still be found in the wild. Neat to see a description of them in an old book.

You have a dream job! This made me want to visit, so I think it's serving its purpose admirably. Nice work.

Thanks! That is precisely my goal. Now come and visit ... but wait until it is nice out.
