This helps 1) Reduce the number of stops which have resulted in confrontations between police and innocent people of color (esp), 2) Reduce the amount of financial hardship on drivers who may find themselves having to pay concurrent fines, and 3) Promote public safety on the road by repairing broken lights. A long post about three months' worth of mass shootings
I wrote up a list of all the mass shootings that had happened in January, February and March of this year, and posted it to Facebook.
