GoodListnr is sortof like a chatroom with a playlist. People can upload music and add it to the queue, and the tracks get played in order, and everyone listens to the same thing at the same time. [more inside]

As promised, I have made available the source code for my Collaborative Jukebox project. This code will run a social website where visitors can upload music from their computer into a shared queue, which is then played in order for everyone at the same time. [more inside]

Tracks are published under Creative Commons, so feel free to use them in your own non-commercial works. I DJ, and first and foremost this is a party mix. It is from my sets for Original Plumbing, Toronto Pride, and even my wedding. Part of it was in memoriam for Toronto artist and activist Will Munro, as well as a reaction to the G20 protests fallout. The DJ mix is 193 minutes long, and 442 MB @ 320 kbps. [more inside]

Ask Sleeves is a search engine focused exclusively on MP3 audio files. In the spring of 2010, while digging in the basement of a Silicon Valley mascot consignment store, I stumbled upon an incredible find. There, crumpled into a ball in the deepest corner of the basement was a pile of men's clothing with a complicated story. Although the wrinkled, discarded pile still smelled faintly of butler, there was no indication that this suit was special. [more inside]
