Guacamole Tips
Guacamole Tips is a web painting about time passing and thoughts bubbling.

I was inspired by Rafaƫl Rozendaal's work to try to combine my artistic tendencies with the web.

Rozendaal's work (his web sites anyway) have always "read" to me as paintings that just happen to be made of code and live in a web browser.

I am trying to do something similar but in my own way. While I love abstract art I don't enjoy making it. I've always been drawn to making recognizable, representational images. So here I tried to blend several digital paintings into a scene.

The images were created with Procreate on an iPad Pro. The web painting is written with ReactJS and hosted with GitHub pages. The source code is public: https://github.com/abouthalf/guacamole.tips
