Will It Waffle?: 53 Irresistible and Unexpected Recipes to Make in a Waffle Iron
Waffleizer — the blog that tackled the question "Will it waffle?" — has led to a book with more than 50 unexpected recipes for your waffle iron. I'm happy to say that book ("Will It Waffle?") is out this week.
My new book "Will It Waffle?" offers an eclectic assortment of non-waffle recipes for your waffle iron, covering breakfast, lunch, dinner and beyond. We're talking bacon and eggs, pizza, falafel, steak, s'mores, chocolate chip cookies and more — all from your waffle iron. The book includes dozens of new recipes, along with new takes on the most popular recipes from the Waffleizer blog that started all of this.
Interested in the book? Check out your local bookstore, Amazon, Barnes and Noble or Indiebound. I'll be traveling to a bunch of book fairs and bookshops this summer/fall, too. It would be awesome if some interested MeFites showed up.
Metafilter has been part of my life for about a decade now, and it was a big deal to me when the original blog was the subject of a post to the site a few years ago, so it feels particularly good to share the book here. Hope you enjoy!
