Waffleizer: 30 answers to the question "Will it waffle?"
Waffleizer seeks to expand the frontiers of waffling, offering alternative uses for your waffle iron. The blog kicks off with a waffleburger and twice-waffled bread pudding.
Beyond my solo waffling experiments, some top-notch Chicago chefs have been generous with their time and good humor and are collaborating with me on this blog, allowing me into their kitchens to watch and learn as they waffle.

If there's one thing I like, it's a whole lot of waffles!
Also, great looking photos!

Wait a minute; if you're a vegetarian, as your name suggests, what are you doing with waffleburgers?

I couldn't find your bacon section. Do you have one?
E.g. these.

Too many waffles. Have you thought about pancakes, or possibly scones?

Too ... many... waffles?
I predict bacon will appear on the blog in some form, or many forms — but probably not in waffles. We know waffles will waffle — the blog is about finding out what else will.
(And, aubilenon, I enjoy vegetables but a few years in Argentina shoved me off the vegetarian wagon.)
Thanks, all!

If this is half as good as his last blog, Fruit Slinger, I will be an eager reader.

I am thrilled to see the prevalence of nonwheaty waffle options here. As a sad genetically unviable human, I am happy to see some other fun options! Keep em coming.
As someone almost entirely dependent on potatoes and rice for my grain intake, I beseech you to explore the waffly options there!

Pretty nice pictures. What camera & lens are you using?

It's a Nikon D5000 with a Nikon 35mm f/1.8G AF-S DX Lens. (I put it on the blog's about page.)
The camera actually has a link to Projects in that I got the money for it via a Kickstarter campaign for my former blog. And I got my invite to Kickstarter by seeing it posted on Projects. I had no idea at the time I got the camera that I would be doing this with it ... but I'm very grateful for it.
