Meditation Stuff Blog
I've been meditating for over a decade, which isn't that long. But now I'm writing about everything I've learned, and I'm linking to all the books that got me to where I am.

The post about "muscles" reads like the kind of stuff about meditation I've been wanting to read since I started meditating. Keep it up!

I'll amend my previous compliment by saying that I feel pretty confident that this kind of intelligent phenomenology of meditation seems like a genre that could be about to blow up in popularity and importance. It's extremely fresh compared to the dry bones of Buddhist philosophy, almost wickedly fun. Personally, I'm a big fan of Buddhist tradition, mostly because the formal and devotional stuff works for me psychologically, and because you gotta admire a religion that's been so adamant in protecting and carrying forth these techniques, but I definitely see the enormous appeal of this Ingram-style straightforward technical first-person perspective. The "Muscles" post is just full of great descriptions, and I'll certainly send it to a number of curious friends.
