After they watched so many fellow PhD grads make killbots for the Department of Defense, they decided instead to use their skills to make love not war. This is our company. I made a little free iPad app called Picture Chat. In it, two people (sharing the same iPad) talk not by speaking... but by typing any of the over 500 pictures to form picture sentences. In this video, you can actually see two of the robots (that come with the program) automagically talking to each other -- see robot communication weirdness ensue: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QBRmL7YXCZ8

Zoom around the galaxy in a giant farting/vomiting/burping sumo robot, battling (and consuming) vicious space cannibals. It's a daft idea for a Flash game pushed completely over the top with music, animation and a storyline of conflict, betrayal and turbo-charged flatulence. [more inside]

Vanna79 and I just launched Dempsey Press, a letterpress print shop located in Ottawa, Canada. Along with custom letterpress printing, we just finished printing our first line-up of cards and note papers. All our greeting cards and envelopes are made with 100% cotton paper. I built some synths and put them in robots and now they're going to be on show at Deluxe Cafe, Kent Tce, Wellington, New Zealand for two weeks starting Monday 15th.
