I've been drawing and posting comics for a while, and I finally had enough decent material to make a book out of it. It's 26 pages worth of autobiography, dreams, and musings on the culture I live in. You can download the book (a pdf) for a buck fifty from my Gumroad page, or you can go to my Tumblr and poke around in my archive to see most of the stories included.
Hi, folks! I am Dale Lazarov and I write and edit gay erotic comics drawn by distinctive and evocative illustrators like Steve MacIsaac, Drub and Chas Hunter, among others. Our smart, wholesome gay comics smut is full of man-on-man carnality and sweetness. They don't have dialogue or captions so they don't require translation; just your horniness! ;-D As you may know, I have published four hardcovers of gay erotic comics published and distributed internationally by Bruno Gmünder Verlag. Now we're selling both original-to-digital and digital-reprint homoerotic comics in PDF format directly to readers online using Selz, an Australian payment processor that's committed to distributing our art online for purchase and download. As you can imagine, direct digital sales to readers through the internet allows us to circumvent censorious apps and unadventurous bookstores. Also, we both keep more money from your purchase and drastically lower the price of the comics to prices competitive with mainstream comics. So go buy some now! I have been designing gig posters, record sleeves, cd covers and other assorted music ephemera since mid-2004. The pieces range from letterpress to offset and silkscreened works. This year I finally got my act together enough to compile nearly all of it into a website featuring nearly a decade's worth of work with new stuff getting produced and added all the time. I had always been interested in the power and intersection of propaganda and graphic design. And World War II was a fertile era for both. So I started to remix old propaganda posters from the era with contemporary messages about the rancor that is prevalent in American political discourse. I have now published 19 of these posters under the moniker of The Chamomile Tea Party. The two most recent posters: Our Latest No Fly Zone and America's 4th Front: War on the Middle Class. Comments always welcomed.
For the past few years I've been developing techniques for computational graphic design. This is my new website, showing some of my work.
