An editor friend of mine and I have been trying to keep occupied during the lockdown by collaborating on short (sometimes very short) fiction based around reader-submitted photos. These are the tales we have so far.
I made whiskey based on frontier and Wild West recipes that called for tobacco, leather, and hot peppers. As well as gunpowder and a rattlesnake head. This is the story of making and drinking what seemed like potentially poisonous thing I have ever ingested.
Coco and I eat year-old candy.
I worked on this music video for the NY based band Cash Miracle. It incorporates live action and stop motion and makes for a pretty unusual watch! Curious to see if there's any interest in this. a pop gem too...
My take on an old school fighter. Would love some feedback.
I've always been fascinated by objects that have journeyed through time and the scars, patinas and even energies they appear to have acquired. At first I started collecting them, and then, as I would notice certain juxtapositions, I started combining them into assemblage artworks. I recently got my first art show of these artworks, and I'm proud to show them off here! (and now you can see where my nickname, extrabox comes from!)
