Psychedelic Drug Legislative Reform and Legalization in the US
I co-authored an article in JAMA Psychiatry investigating the rapidly increasing range of US state legislation and ballot initiatives aimed at psychedelic drug reform.

The article was finalized prior to the 2022 election and is slightly out of date, as Colorado's Proposition 122 passed, making Colorado the second state after Oregon to enact legislation (via ballot initiative) to legalize psychedelic drugs.

The paper is a very interesting review of the current state of things. I appreciate the mathematical model predicting future legislation, haven’t seen that before. Maybe it will turn into a hockey stick. North of the border we’re farther along for cannabis but it seems we’re lagging for psychedelics.
