Write or Die 3
Write or Die 3 is the latest in a line of quirky tools for short-circuiting writer's block. Too many writing apps are too unopinionated, they will wait forever for you to start writing. Write or Die exhorts you to write and when you stop writing it will provide consequences.

Lots of customization for a variety of modes. Stimulus mode plays calming sounds while you write. Reward mode gives you Skinneresque reinforcements for accomplishing writing milestones. Consequence mode will show you creepy images and play annoying sounds until you start writing again. It's designed in every way to help you silence your inner editor and get your first draft out.

Super dig write or die. : ) I could not get the WoD 3 web demo to work though. Tried different flavors of Firefox, Opera. The 'try it out' text doesn't appear to be an active link?
