I'm happy to announce that my first book — "Will It Waffle?" — has a follow-up: "Will It Skillet?" I've gone from waffle iron to cast iron. MeFites have been supportive of my first book since well before it was even a book. What can I say? I hope that people like the second book, too.

"Will It Skillet?" includes recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner that span a whole range of cooking genres. It also includes information on buying, seasoning, and caring for your cast-iron skillet.

I finally ordered, and received this book, two weeks ago. I've made four recipes so far, and just love it. Today I made the Skillet Chocolate Cake, and have it cooling right now. Thanks for putting out a fantastic cook book!
