Hate the Hype
My video game review blog has been running for a little over a year now, and I'm starting to amass a pretty hefty little backlog of game reviews. I'm also looking for another reviewer or two to contribute on a regular basis.

I announced Hate the Hype a little over a year ago. At the time, I only had one review up. Now I have almost 30 reviews. Perhaps a little more interesting this time around.

I'm also looking for somebody else to commit to doing regular reviews. Preferably somebody who thinks that, on average, they'll be able to do a review a month. If some months you did more, that'd be splendid, but not expected. I'd prefer an XBox or PC gamer, as I have the PS3 end of things pretty well tied up. But if you play on multiple systems, and want to review the odd PS3 game, I don't mind at all.

Looks cool - It's nice to see a PS3 focus, but yeah, you'd definitely benefit from getting some 360 stuff on there too. I realize you didn't ask for advice, but I'll throw this out there anyway: I'd strongly recommend peppering each review with some images. If only to break up the text, people like to look at pretty stuff, and it helps give the eyes a bit of a break. Even just box art would be a good start.

I totally agree that some images would be nice. Thing is, I have no idea how to do a screencap from the ps3. I have been pondering it, though.

I think even promo images from the game's website would suffice in a pinch.
