SlickMap CSS
SlickMap CSS is a simple stylesheet that generates presentable sitemaps from HTML unordered list navigation. If you build web site for a living, it's pretty handy.

That would certainly be an option. I guess because my primary target was web developers and my primary goal was to merge navigation development with sitemap design, thus making two separate and time-consuming processes into one.
As a lot of front-end developers have established frameworks they build on, this seemed like a nice addition to an existing toolset rather than a separate app entirely.
Make sense? You're right though... I could do both.

Though I did wonder, why not make a quick virtual sitemap builder (where one just fills out a simple form on your site, presses submit, and gets a sitemap) on your server instead of offering it as a download?
