We have just redesigned and relaunched a complete overhaul of seedmagazine.com. The site is now based on ExpressionEngine, and we could hardly be more pleased with how it all turned out.

Ah, it feels like just yesterday when Tim Murtaugh built SEED running almost entirely on Movable Type, which inspired me to keep on with MT despite the travails and limitations of the3.x iteration. And now those days are done, it seems.

Did you post this over on the EE site announcement forums as well? I love EE and wish I didn;t suck at it or had more time for it.

Ha -- the original team of Tim Murtaugh and Mike Pick built this site as well. Yes, times change, but MT hasn't much (or, as much as we would like). We still use MT for ScienceBlogs, but for the magazine site we wanted something faster and more flexible.
