1-time.org is my service for creating one-off web pages
Ideally, it would be used for designers making mock-ups for clients that they want to be more than just an image, but I expect others will come up with a wealth of other uses.

Well you have to include something in the head and body. I know the error is pretty vague, I'll change it. I had not heard of PolyPage though, I'll definitely look into that.

Sorry didn't see the captcha question. I added that because I figure it'll be pretty easy for spambots to create link farms with this.

Well, I've actually gotten that question a lot. I figure it'll be for smaller guys, or guys just starting out. I'm actually thinking that it will be used for other things, especially given the ability to create private web pages.

Aside from that, I suggest adding PolyPage along with TinyMCE's class selector and a CSS file pre-populated with PolyPage classes. Then you'd be able to create multi-state mockups with it. As-is it seems to only create simple HTML files, which hundreds of applications can do.
And why the captcha?
