Jerk in Progress - a daily sobriety/accountability podcast
100 days in, I think this is "real" enough to share now -- starting on January 1, I thought I'd reinforce my good intentions with a daily podcast about sobriety, exercise, diet and generally trying to do better. Each daily podcast is at or under 3 minutes, including a 10-second "check-in" at the end.

It is all tremendously personal -- first-person, generally just me talking about me and observations/struggles/triumphs as I try to navigate not drinking, regular exercise, and not eating like a complete idiot for a sustained period of time.

I don't know if this will be of any use to anyone at all (but me). It's not a well-researched, comprehensive, well-produced or deeply insightful thing. It's just some jerk checking in every day and talking about how it's hard (or easy, sometimes) to stay on track with this stuff.

I forgot to mention that today's episode is atypically long.

"Jerk in Progress" as a title is so good I'm actually envious.
