A humorous interactive fiction/visual novel game about dealing with customer service representatives. Available free for download on Windows, Linux & OSx (40mb .zip).

Created for the Ludum Dare 30 game jam. Normally I wouldn't post a short game jam entry as a project, but somehow this one ended up being pretty meaty and polished, and I thought the metafilter community would get a kick out it.
(I apologize in advance for anything you might break out of frustration.)
