Crisp Sandwich Day
An annual celebration of the magic that happens when crisps (potato chips) are placed between two slices of bread. When deciding on a date, it soon became clear that it had to be 25th October - also known as St Crispin's Day.

I hired several people to produce photos of crisp (potato chip) sandwiches, paying them with hundreds of bags. Some fell by the wayside when faced with the challenge (and looming best-before dates on the crisps), others rose to the occasion and produced magnificent work.
