The Unknown Alex Masterley
Merchant banker Alex Masterley is a greedy, ruthless, arrogant snob. No wonder Peattie & Taylor's daily cartoon strip about him has been a constant hit in Britain’s national newspapers for over 25 years. Few people realise, however, that the duo once also produced a spin-off series about Alex's financial advisers, which published 80 original strips over its three-year run. I played a (very) small role in making that spin-off strip happen, and this is its story.
