Etymology Dad Joke
Sorry - it's a dad-joke-apocalyptic-literature-style-thing with a goofy bad paintshop in support. Click the link to see the bad shoop. Or just read the poem/explanation inside.

. AND I HEARD A VOICE AND IT SAID "BEHOLD!"
. AND I SAW A BEAST
. AND THE BEAST HAD A BEAK, LIKE A PARROT
. AND ON ITS HEAD WERE THREE HEADS,
. AND EACH HEAD HAD A MANE LIKE A CARROT

. AND IT WORE A COAT OF MANY COLORS
. MORE COLORFUL THAN THAT OF JOSEPH
. AND WHEN THE PEOPLE SAW THIS COAT
. THEY EXPECTED JOY AND LAUGHTER
. FOR THE BEAST APPEARED AS A MIGHTY CLOWN FROM HEAVEN

. ON ITS BACK WAS AN ANCIENT CHEST
. AND THE CHEST WAS FULL OF CLEAN AND UNCLEAN THINGS
. AND THE CLEAN AND UNCLEAN THINGS HAD BEEN JOINED
. IN WAYS THAT UTTERLY DISPLEASED THE LORD

. AND THE JOY IN PEOPLE'S HEARTS WAS DIMINISHED
. FOR THEY HEARD NOT THE WORDS OF JOY
. FROM THE CLOWN FROM HEAVEN THAT THEY HAD EXPECTED
. BUT ONLY THE JOKES
. AS THOSE OF THEIR FATHERS
. AND THE PEOPLE CRINGED

. AND THE VOICE SAID UNTO ME
. "THE BEAST HAS A NAME
. AND ITS NAME IS TRICARROTTOPS"
--------
It came to me when reading about Triceratops, and then after I made it I pondered: Is there an etymological connection between Carrot and Horn?
So I looked up the etymology:
from Latin carota, from Greek karōton "carrot," probably from PIE *kre-, from root *ker- (1) "horn; head," and so called for its horn-like shape.

(I knew Kera referred to horn and that we named the protein that makes horns Keratin, but it hadn't occurred to me that the shape of the carrot would have influenced the name)

Anyways, hope you enjoyed the dadpocalyptic vision
