Zoloscope
A Zolo music and art blog. What is Zolo? The term was coined by Terry Sharkie around 1989 to describe a style of music which has existed across time and genre, but had never before been given a name. Terry described the music as “characterized by hyper jerky rhythms and cacophonous/ harmonious bleeps and boings.” He also extended the concept to art, fashion, and self expression, creating a complete Zolo subculture. The Zoloscope blog intends to re-state and expand the concept.
