Sprinkles: a javascript repeating pattern creator
A pattern generator to create repeating sprinkly designs. Sprinkle colours, width, density, and length are adjustable. Comes with included theme presets.

You might consider allowing sprinkleLength go down to 0 instead of 1 in order to make polka dot patterns. Seems to work fine by setting sprinkleLength = 0 in the javascript console.
