World AIDS Day Twitter Moment
Since 2010 I've been doing various forms of memory activism on social media for World AIDS Day on December 1.
Earlier on I set up automated set of buffered tweets with links and information about cultural figures who died as a result of AIDS.
I've also presented the information in some other forms such as on Flipboard.
This year I've collected some of the past tweets plus updated some broken links in them and presented it as a Twitter Moment.
