Mixtape Show - The Nintendo Rap Episode
If you like old-school NES sounds, or hip-hop, or both, then you will like this. This is the newest episode of my super popular cough rap / hip-hop podcast - and has been on the drawing board since I started the show - like a year ago.
This episode features Dilla, a Super Mario Bros. / Smif n Wessun remix, an Erykah Badu refix, and even some IDM madness with Agallah of Purple City. Also check out the Religious Studies episode, featuring the uncensored version of Mobb Deep threatening to "beat up Jesus" - which was censored from store versions by Interscope.
Needless to say, many/most episodes are mildly NSFW due to language. Oh, and the show is up for Best Music Podcast on podcastawards.com. ahem. oh yes, and everything on here is "podsafe" - I know all the artists/labels
