I've written a little web service that lets you search Google Image Search from Slack. I've found it to be a good companion to giphy. Here's the code and instructions to set it up.
Running it yourself requires a basic knowledge of git and comfort with the command line. I can also run it for you, but as I've noted, I'm not completely sure how that'll go.
