Algorithmically Generated Poetry
I made a website that generates poetry in the style of a given poet.

Using Markov chains to generate text seems to be all the rage now, so I tried my hand at it with poetry! Select a poet from the drop down menu to generate a poem in their style. More information can be found at the bottom of the website or the github page.

And though I knew no time
For death still the grass,
And yet it puzzled me cordially.

Not bad. Not bad at all.

Playmates, and girls
Were greater than a sign.

Dickinson generates a lot of one-liners. Favorite so far:

I mean yeah sure enough that's what she was about.

Carry the darkness,
But who flutter vaguely far beneath:
I remember, there was only soot within

Well done.
