Flaky friends are the worst, especially when they're only flaky sometimes. Like, I have a friend who invites me on vacation all the time, but he's never able to accompany me, flaking at the last minute, and I'd be mad, except he packs all my bags for me weeks in advance. Such a complicated guy.
