My girlfriend has a strange synesthetic reaction to celebrities' faces. We are collecting them for posterity.

I fail to see what is synesthetic about this. It reads like "creative but odd descriptions of celebrity faces."

Does she only have this with celebrity faces and not with normal people's faces? It might support the theory that we rely on different parts of the brain for recognizing celebrities and normal people. ( Which the Separated at Birth program was predicated upon. )

Also, does it change at all with different photos of the same face, different facial expressions, or make-up?

I like those descriptions, and want to read more of them.

My girlfriend has a strange synesthetic reaction to celebrities' faces.

Her reactions could be described as "surreal," "non sequitur," or "stream of consciousness," but I don't see anything synesthetic about them.
