Grow a Face
A drawing of a face mutates based on your picks. The result can be freely used anywhere, like as an avatar. HTML5/ Canvas-based.

Cool! Reminds me of this classic demo of genetic algorithms.

I went for the most freakish face I could. This was the result after a few dozen iterations, though I didn't successfully incorporate the anguish I was getting in some of the earlier generations.

If you haven't already you ought to put an Easter egg in so that if you deviate far enough from human facial norms a photo of Joan Rivers or something like that crops up.
