Project It Yourself!
With an accompanying intro and arty blog post, Project it Yourself rethinks map projections and lets you make new ones from scratch, with nothing more than household math.

I really like this. I tried it out a few weeks ago and it was a huge help for me in understanding the relationship between the projection equations and the actual running code + image manipulation. Nice work.

If you felt like adding features, it'd be neat to add Tissot Indicatrices to the visualization.
