Automagically create audio/video playlists of upcoming shows & whatever else. Basically, a mashup of eventful.com and youtube that creates playlists so you can see/here what artists are coming (plus a simple text search).

It's far from perfect, but I need to work on other stuff.

Eventually I'd like to let people up/downvote and submit videos, so it only shows good/relevant ones. And I'd like to use the eventful user api to let people say that they're attending events. Other thoughts?

Can't look at it from here, but an excellent idea. I love the idea of an automatically generated playlist that encourages people to leave their house and see bands live.

aw man! you made me think Titus Andronicus were coming to Sydney

but seriously, it's an awesome idea. I usually create manual iTunes playlists for stuff like this.

i work for an Aussie gig guide, so feel free to message me if you need more data.
