My site presents you with a list of episodes in a podcast feed, which you can select to be zipped up and emailed to you, with no subscriptions.

Just drop in the RSS feed for a podcast you'd like the MP3s for, and hit submit!— would help a lot.
Example (MetaFilter podcast): http://feeds.feedburner.com/MeFiPodcast
or (All Songs Considered, Live Concerts podcast): http://www.npr.org/rss/podcast.php?id=510253
