Using QR codes to protect Canadian wilderness
We made these mysterious posters featuring QR codes and are putting them up in seven Canadian cities. It's our hope that people scan the posters with their smart phone and then complete the petition form they get sent to.

Neat idea. One nit to pick: the accent belongs on the first e in différence, not the second.

Thanks! Whoops, our bad on the accent. Serves us right for not proofreading the French more closely.

I would suggest adding the URL to the posters - I'd wager more people have non-smartphones than smartphones, and those that have smartphones may not bother downloading and installing an app to be taken to a site they have no information about.
