The Postmodernism Generator for iPhone
I have recently ported the Postmodernism Generator to run as a native iPhone app, in the process updating the grammar somewhat and adding iPhone-specific features, such as the ability to use surnames from your address book for authors' names and footnotes. The iTunes/App Store link is here.

At the moment, it doesn't run at the native screen resolution on the iPad, but that's planned for the next update.

I'm always pleased to see PoMoGen ported to a new platform. Have any of those papers managed to sneak through the rigorous humanities peer-review process yet?

Not that I've heard of. I've heard unconfirmed anecdotes about essays made with it getting high/average marks in university courses, though.

I love this to my core.
