All sorts of stuff about New York City schools! Test scores, demographics, teacher turnover rates, top ten lists, and about a thousand other things. Search! Compare! Judge ruthlessly!
We created it for NYC Big Apps - NYC put some data out and had a contest encouraging developers to do some magic with it. If you're feeling incredibly gracious, you can vote for Big Apple Ed right over here, or poke around at the other apps here.
I apologize a thousand times in advance for dirty data, non-working pages or any evidence of nonsense; we don't get to update anything until voting is over!
