Is There Life After New York?
Why did we start it? Because we don't know the answer to the question in this subject line. A friend is leaving NYC in the fall. Another friend left New York a year ago and she's still figuring out which pieces of the city followed her. When we started talking, we realized a) there were no resources for the recently expatriated or questioning, b) it's fun to process our love and hate of New York together, and c) we're not alone.
We know there are others out there who have a) left NYC but still think about it, b) are secretly thinking about leaving NYC, or c) think this project sounds cool (oh, how right you are) and want to check it out as a voyeur.
