Mamaswap
My wife recently started her own site for helping moms buy and sell kid stuff. The goal was to be cheaper than ebay, easier to navigate than craig's list, with the bonus of face-to-face swap meets. (save on shipping while getting to know folks in your area! :)

One of my favorite features about the site: you don't need to register. Just browse for stuff, mark your favorites, buy items through paypal, and pick up your stuff, all without ever having to register for a username or password.

We're freshly launched and any feedback would be really useful to us. Thanks!

It's really cool, but you should clarify that it's only available in Seattle. Are you planning to branch out to other markets?

*blink blink*

I had a whole sentence where I said "Seattle only for now, but we'll be branching out soon!". I have no idea how that got lost.

But yes, soon :) Sorry for any confusion.

Heh, I just wish I had known before I sent the link to my wife. Hurry up and open in South Alabama, and she'll be your evangelist.

Nicely done. Though the name threw me for a second... I thought it was a swinger's site.

The simplicity of it is wonderful. If this was in our area, my wife would find the whole concept to be fantastic, and I'm sure she would be participating.
