My new personal/professional site. The idea here is to connect with interesting people doing creative things, while sharing my thoughts and finds. I'm still working on it so feedback is appreciated!
Eventually I'd like to have this site help me get involved in a creative project or job of some sort. Hence all the "Work With Me" stuff. However, I'm still working on that part. What should I add/remove? Where should this site be linked to? How do I get pingbacks and trackbacks working on Textpattern?

The layout is nice overall, but the logo at the top is way too large, and I think some of the elements look a little childish- the rainbow, the little purple animal thing. You may want to make the top part a little cleaner to look more professional. It's also a little too wide- the screen opens for me with a horizontal scroll bar, which is a little weird since there's no content to the right.

I like your overall layout. Simple and easy to read.
Two suggestions: widen your right-side text column and reduce the width of your left-side by at least a half-inch (preferably an inch); and consider diminishing the bright colors of your illustrated heading.
Currently, readers' eyes are drawn to the fussy graphics. If that illustrated heading is the most important element of your page, keep the colors vibrant. But if the graphics are merely decoration (to set mood and theme), dull their colors so readers will glance at them, then jump to the important stuff: your writings.

The site design was done by a friend (a designer); the elements on the header represent things I like/feel like "me". It's purposely "not clean" - I really don't like clean-looking sites, they look too generic!
That's interesting about making the content wider; I've been told to make it narrower because the eyes won't need to travel too far?
I'll pass these on to Natalie and see what she thinks :)

I like the graphics! I'd probably want to reduce the size of your name (smaller sometimes has just as much impact), but I'm not sure how that would work within the pre-set size of the cloud. Anyway, the variable-width right-column means that for some people the text will seem oddly narrow and for some people it'll be unreadably wide, so I'm in favor of making it a reasonable fixed width.
I'd remove the "lined paper" background from behind your posts - it's a little distracting when trying to read the text.

Love the banner and the eclectic bits of personal items out there. Quite amused to see a Vodafone (or M1 in Singapore) 3G dongle, errr, dangling, along with south-Asian-isque post-cards, student ID's and passports. :-)

I think the "me online" bit is great, but the "also part of bit" looks a bit more circa Angelfire/Tripod. I realise these aren't your logos, so its just a thought
