the Juan Way Tour
In the summer of 2009, my friends and I will be going on a roadtrip across the country in a converted school bus. This summer, we're working on getting the bus (and ourselves) ready for it. I'm trying to document everything we're doing (mechanically) to the bus so it can serve as a guide to anyone thinking about doing it. It is far easier than most people imagine. The website is going to be the foundation for all this. Stories from when we're on the road, videos of interesting things and places, and any other projects that spring out of this trip (we have a couple authors and musicians along for the ride, along with a bunch of generally interesting people). If everything works smoothly this summer, I'll probably take the bus for a mini trip somewhere, just to test it out. So keep an eye on juanway.org, there are great things to come.
