These are all physically fabricated.
A lot of work went in including researching different plastic dyes to get the right colours and custom printed parts or transfers.
By the way I can take very little (basically no credit) for these. I do break them by accident quite a lot though.

Oh, also the collection includes official Lego produced minifigs, where available. MODOK is, surprisingly, an official Lego minifig.
