Counterfeit Content
My short, sorry stint in SEO was the strangest job I've ever had. I was asked to create hundreds of imaginary webmasters and write little "About Me" biographies of their lives for fake blogs that only Google's webcrawlers were meant to read. They gave me the site name, I wrote the bio, and a coworker added manipulated photos. I did this for many months. I began to get bored... and then I began to get weird.

funny and weird! I love it.
I work in Branding / Advertising... and we have had multiple companies come in and pitch us SEO services and tweets for hire.
One firm claimed to have 1000 contractors, who each managed 20 distinct personas in social media. They would promote ANYTHING for $1 a tweet, $5 a blog post.
ugh.
somehow, knowing that people like you are adding a quiet chaos to the mix is comforting.

This is glorious. The idea of someone stumbling upon one of these bios in the wild is hilarious to me in a way I can't fully describe. You've mastered the art of making innocuous weird shit.
