Lone Note
Lone Note is an online art project where people share their experiences being or feeling alone. Notes are created by submitting two photos, a handwritten note and an overlay, which are blended together.
I've always wished to feel more connected with friends and the people around me, but my tendency towards isolation has remained strong through the years. The moments I've spent alone since adolescence have been some of the most absolutely beautiful and unendurably painful ones of my life. I hope that Lone Note can turn into a place that connects us all through these shared experiences of being alone.
The project is brand new and very beta.. I'd love any comments, feedback, or ideas. If this project resonates with you, please consider contributing a note. Also, I am eager to find people to help grow the idea - if you might be interested please get in touch.
