Incredible Doom: Season One
A gut-wrenching coming of age story of unlikely alliances, magic, daring escapes, young love, and crime sprees, all squeezed over 2400 baud modems. We're so proud to be finally releasing the entire 6-issue print and web comic Incredible Doom free for everyone to read online, no strings attached. We also made a new little video to give you an idea of what it's like.
Two years ago I was humbled and overjoyed to unveil our experimental new project here to my favorite community on the internet, and I'm feeling knocked-out today after some mindboggling triumphs and setbacks to be able to close the loop and share the entire six-issue season with you and the world. I'm super proud of my collaborator Matt Bogart for actually pulling it off and the two of us honest-to-god hope you love reading it.
Oh, and it's a hold-in-your-hands comic, too! Backers of the Patreon have been mailed every issue as a meticulously-produced physical comic, each also including a physical artifact from the story. If you'd like, you can still back the project and you'll immediately get 50% off back issues (including feelies), and we'll send you a hand-designed slipcase (soon!) to hold your collection in. Plus of course you'll be the first to see Season 2!

I really enjoyed this. I have not yet, but need to and will, become a backer. The art and story both are so well done.
If you're curious what pushed me over the edge of backing this on Patreon - it was when fred showed up looking for a used car and then quit 2 lines later. That kind of obscure detail (among the many other references) is just exactly perfect.
