I made a guitar

I made a guitar
I built a solid body electric guitar from scratch and wrote a rather long, detailed account of the process. Only partly a how-to, I wrote about what was required, what I learned, mistakes I made, and what I'd do different next time.
It is my belief that, with a few tools, bit of care and some instructions, anyone else could do the same thing.

Role: maker, luthier, writer
You and your wife have a really sweet shop, bondcliff. And so many clamps! I am so jealous. I must confess I did not understand the 15 degree angle thing until I watched the video. I think that is lack of knowledge about guitars, not you.
The final guitar looks amazing. Good work!

It is my belief that, with a few tools, bit of care and some instructions, anyone else could do the same thing. Not without losing some skin and possibly a finger or two in the process.
You could have kept the "botched" fretboard, it would have made the guitar more unique, a possible conversation starter.

Making nice things is hard, finishing nice things and making them look great is even harder.
I really appreciate when a maker with more skill than me posts process and learning, so thanks!
