My NYC-based theatre company will be producing Shakespeare's "Hamlet" in April, and I've decided to post my notes about the process online. If you'd like to read from the beginning, start here.
Most writing I find about Shakespeare is from a scholarly perspective. I thought it would be interesting to explain how directors (or at least one director) approaches the text.
The blog is on quora.com, which has been criticized on Mefi for forcing people to sign up in order to read content. However, this doesn't seem to be the case with quora blogs. You should be able to read it (though probably not add comments) without being a quora member. Let me know if that's not the case.
