Planet Saturday Comics
These are the reflections, in comic form, of a guy (me) who was really apprehensive about becoming a parent--and who, after more than a decade, continues to be surprised by how much he loves it. If the comic is about anything more than that (and it often isn't), it's about the glimpses that we get, as parents, back into childhood and its secret worlds. "But Good Lord, man," I hear you cry, "there's 160-odd pages of this stuff. Where to start?" Links to my favorites inside.
The stories can be read in any order. Navigation is pretty obvious: click anywhere on the page to advance, or use the last/next buttons. There's also a pulldown menu at the bottom of the page. The link above the fold is my personal favorite, a story called 'Cellar Steps'. Here are a few more:
FAZOOSH!
I'm not sure there ARE any criminals cowardly and superstitious enough for me to strike fear into their hearts, no matter WHAT I'm wearing. My wife laughed harder at this one than at any of the rest of them.
Bigfoot
Fight Or ------
In which we consider the question: what's the best super-power to have?
Nature Is Awesome
We, Who Are About To Ride, Salute You
Some people like amusement park rides. Then there's me.
People Of Metafilter, I thank you for reading. I've been lurking here for about ten years, this is the first time I've ever posted anything, please don't hurt me.

Role: Artist and author
Here's the thing: I've been secretly-a-musician for years and years. I've promised myself that this is the year when I Go Public. So the comic has been put on an extended hiatus while I figure out how to do home recording (I haven't entirely got it figured out yet, but it seems to involve untangling a lot of wires while cussing at them).
So, while I wouldn't say it's a completed project, new comics are likely to be thin on the ground for a while.
